Dante and Bayonetta were suppose to be guests but we see how those fell in previous games.Īlso, if nothing else maybe we can get her outfit, headband, hair, sword in the character creator. Tomorrow it could be someone else as I don't think the roster is finalized yet. Geralt as the first guest across all platforms and 2B as PS4's exclusive. Her fight style fits perfectly into SC universe and she's requested a lot. They want another female character and they definitely want a female guest. The leaks have suggested they've never had a female guest character in the SC and the SC team had regrets cutting a dark skinned female from the roster. I think she's either the highest requested or second highest requested character and they already have a relationship with SE with Noctis in Tekken. I think 2B will be in at some point even if she's not in at retail. 1 exclusive guest character per platform. It's rumored 2 guest characters on a roster of about 24. I've also got my fingers crossed for Setsuka and maybe Hilde.Īs for guest characters, Geralt of Rivia seems likely given CD Projekt Red's recent tweets, but I'd also love to see NieR's 2B. Some of my favourite characters are returning, including SC3's bad boy Zasalamel. Is Viola an older amnesiac Amy? Did Raphael become Nightmare? Why is Ezio here? Who cares? Namco certainly didn't! Very few game modes, a half-assed story mode, cut content and characters with no backstory or explanation. SCV was rushed to meet a deadline, and it shows. I'd kill for a meaty single-player game mode like SC2's Weapon Master mode or SC3's Chronicle of the Sword. SCVI needs ( needs!) to learn from SCV's mistakes and actually include a good variety of game modes online and off, and include a half decent story mode to explain who the hell the characters are and what they're doing in the game. If the reviews/previews seem promising, and the variety of game modes sound good, I may buy it day one.
